Managing the
processes related to the Incident Reporting System.

Developing
and implementing self-assessment (internal audit) plans to verify compliance
with the Health Quality Standards of the Ministry of Health within the
organization. Undertaking corrective and preventive actions based on the
results reports.

Regularly
preparing and presenting reports to the top management regarding the Quality
Management System.

Analyzing
employee and patient feedback, initiating necessary corrective and preventive
actions, and monitoring the process.

Participating
in team and committee meetings to track the implementation of decisions taken.
